Top Artists carousel.
The carousel on the Playlists tab is computed from current song submissions and cached for 1 hour. Use this to recompute immediately (after clearing data, banning an artist, etc.).
Buy Yearbook page.
Set the link to your official yearbook ordering site (currently TreeRing). Students see an "Order Now" button on the Buy Yearbook tab that opens it in a new tab.
Manage Teachers
Teacher list & grades.
Add or remove teachers and assign grades. A teacher can be in multiple grades — they'll appear in each grade's dropdown group. Mark school admins with Admin so they're grouped separately. Removing a teacher only hides them from dropdowns — existing submissions keep their data.
Appearance
Colors, fonts & branding.
Changes preview live as you edit. Click Save appearance to apply them for everyone, or Reset to return to the default look.
Advanced: custom CSS
For anything the controls above don't cover (spacing, sizes, hiding elements). CSS only — it can't run scripts. A bad rule can break the layout; use Reset to recover.
Custom Tabs
Create your own pages.
Add a tab that appears for everyone (e.g. "Distribution", "Deadlines", "Staff"). Formatting: # heading, **bold**, and links as [text](https://link). Uncheck Visible to hide a tab without deleting it.
Playlist Submissions
Pull songs to add manually.
Songs are grouped by the playlist students chose. Open each in Spotify, drag it into the matching playlist, then click Mark as added.
Top Songs Export
Pull a top-10 list.
Lists refresh automatically every 24 hours from the stored daily snapshot. Use Refresh daily snapshot to recompute on demand.
